Make this ultra-creamy spinach smoothie for your summer sustenance with banana, tahini and lemon.
1 Cup spinach leaves
1 Cup unsweetened almond or hemp milk
1 Medium frozen spotty banana, sliced
2 Tablespoons tahini
1-2 Teaspoons maple syrup
1/2 Teaspoon lemon zest
Drizzle of tahini, toasted sesame seed, lemon zest and cut banana slices.
1. Add all the ingredients into a blender and blitz on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy, about 30 seconds.
2. Pour into a glass and garnish with sesame seeds, some lemon zest and cut bananas.
