I have known Anne for almost 20 years. We met in the U.K. and were fated to be massage partners on our diploma course. I definitely lucked out as Anne was by far the best therapist there, with a natural sense for pressure and precision. She had extra skills and knowledge of the art of Shiatsu and introduced me to the world of Eastern medicine. I even attended a workshop on Shiatsu and have added what I learnt to my toolbag. Anne has an insatiable thirst for knowledge and the discipline to continue learning and acquiring new skills but also mastering what she has learnt by applying them with consistency. Anne has given me many many many treatments of both Shiatsu and deep tissue massage, including when I was pregnant. In fact having Anne as my Doula, antenatal instructor and pregnancy massage angel. made pregnancy the most beautiful experience for me. I will forever be grateful to her. I get emotional writing this because she has been unwaveringly by my side in both the professional and personal space. Anne IS what she does. She is a teacher, a healer, an advisor, an artist and the most inspiring person I know. I feel so blessed to call her a friend. If you are thinking about receiving a treatment or learning from Anne. Trust your instincts! She is a master of her crafts (she has many) and humble about it too.

Shiatsu with Anne is a deep dive into self-care, health and connecting with body and spirit. Anne is a master of her craft: Internationally trained, her approach is highly professional, yet at the same time light and loving. I’ve been a great fan of Shiatsu for many decades. Much respected in Europe, Anne has taken it upon herself to introduce this powerful way of healing to South Africa. It’s a great privilege and fantastic opportunity to learn with and from her. Whether it’s to heal yourself, or loved ones, or add Shiatsu to your professional tool box, I highly recommend this course.
